Affirmations have helped me. Saying hings to myself like: I can appreciate the time we spent together and they will always have a place in my heart but our time has shifted and I deserve someone who is willing to be there and put in the work for me. Or they have a right to choose their own destiny, as do I, and they made a choice and I have to respect that. Grief or break up books could be helpful.
