Confused about my gf’s proposal

I’m 19, and my girlfriend is 16. We’ve been e-dating for three weeks now. We only chatted and exchanged photos, and never met in real life. But yesterday, she proposed to me. I love her and I’m more than willing to open a chance for our relationship. I want to be serious with her. But I’m afraid if she didn’t really mean it when she proposed, because we’re both young and seeing each other for a short time. Do you think she mean it or is she just being cute? Literally help.

3 weeks is way too soon to propose. Hopefully she only meant it in a cute, ironic way.

I would think she was just trying to be cute after only 3 weeks. She's young so idk. I would have a conversation about it if it comes up again to clear any confusion.
