Exploring my Sexuality
I’m lesbian but I’ve only dated men up till recently. I want to explore my sexuality and experiment dating/sleeping with women but I’m not sure where the best starting point is.
I’m 21 and I’ve never been good friends with women in general (because I was super nervous around them) and I get panic attacks sometimes.
should I go on tinder or something? How do I date women? I want to have s e x with a woman but I’m not sure where to start? Any advice for a complete newbie ?

Welcome! I hope you don't mind me chiming in here. Being a complete newbie to this is totally okay, and we all start out as newbies. :)
How do you date women, you ask. Well, the same way you dated men, just with a different set of priorities, maybe a different outlook.
It's a little tricky giving advice since IDK your situation beyond what you described. But if I were you, I would be a little cautious about Tinder and the like, not because it's bad or inappropriate or anything, but because people can pretend to be anything they want online. If you meet someone in person from online, always meet in public in a busy location, and trust your intuition. If someone seems weird or gives you strange "vibes" (either online or offline) then listen to your gut feeling and politely log off, or depart the situation. Let someone you trust know what your plans are. You need not feel like you are obligated to get physical before you are ready, either. There's a lot to be said for simply holding hands and chatting, building that connection, without going all the way. You have all the time in the world for that! 
I'm not trying to scare you but just wanting you to be safe as you explore. You can explore your sexuality while still being smart and sensible!
