Newly lesbian
Hi I'm 31 and just came out as lesbian after being pan/bi for most of my life. I have had so many relationships w men and I no longer want to be w them. I just want some reassurance that I am allowed to change and live my true life. Its a very lonely time and I am doubting myself/label. I I tried using queer too for a bit but I think I'm a lesbian and feel as though I have to prove it by dating a woman or nb.

Each of us has the right to choose what is wrong or right for ourselves and what we feel should feel right for us, not for anybody else!

Thank you for your reassurance 💚 I am the only one that gets to decide and I live with those decisions so I should do what's best for me. I need to remind myself of that. My therapist is having me work on more positive self talk this week 👌🏼thank you for accepting me in this community. I just got back on this app and it's helped me so much in the past. Thank you for your role in this
