Today's title.
My girlfriend and I had a big fight causing me to push her. Nothing physical but just shoving to get her out my way. I kicked her out and dumped all her belongings infron of the house.
I feel bad about it. I feel like I've disrespected her by doing that. I am mad at myself and cant seem to stop crying. I keep telling GOD how sorry I am because of what I did. Regardless of why I was so mad and caused me to do what I did today, I know for a fact what I did was wrong. I let my emotions and anger take over me. I just couldnt anymore..
Then why am I crying like a baby? Why am I feeling so hurt despite of what I did to her things earlier.. I am so confused. Idk what to do..

Awwh Lychee. That sounds really challenging thing to feel with. *Offers hugs, if you want*
Sometimes in the height of emotions we do things that we wouldn't normally do but even then we had our reasons for doing it. It can help to be gentle on ourselves through this all. We are all humans and we all make mistakes and all learn from the past experiences, good or bad.
It is clear that you are remorseful for having done that, and that sometimes feels like that will help us to not do it again, but its also important to not dwell on it too much and to move forward to bigger and better things and days.
If you are still in the situation, it might help to evaluate if the suffering matches the size of the problem. S(people I know, limit the reaction to a 10, and that's only if one loses a limb)
It might also be a helpful exercise to ask why that is still an issue for you? Is the situation for you or is the situation still affecting or hurting the other person, and if so, what steps can one take to minimize the damage?
Wishing you relief and much happiness. Hope this might be helpful.
