Bisexual Married Man struggles
Im a married man, 33 years old. Have a awesome wife that supports me all the time, a newborn son, successful business and career, awesome family.
But this moment, I am stuck, I fell in love with one of my staff, a man. Sometimes I ask myself why, maybe I am desperate of his protection and maybe sex excitement. I can't help myself.
I don't understand why I am so stupid, I am I a high position, why do I want to torture myself. I cant destroy my reputation, I could not let others know that I am Bisexual. This is a secret that no one else should have known. But I am torturing myself. I can't stop thinking about him.
Please advice!

Thank you for posting! Please note, we cannot give advice here on 7 Cups, however, I will speak from personal experience. My situation is not exactly the same, but I have known I am attracted to women since childhood. Still, I dated men, married men, even went so far as to have a child before I finally hit a breaking point. Several years later I am now married to a woman I love and adore even though there was a time when things looked bleak, and I couldn't see very far down the road. While I understand and respect the love and concern you have for your wife and child, I encourage you to embrace and explore this part of yourself as repressed sexuality can lead to grim consequences. You mentioned that this is something no one knows about you. What concerns you the most surrounding the idea of telling your wife?
Best wishes to you during this difficult time.

Ugh kinda feel you! I have it a bit easier because I'm not married nor have kids but I do see myself marrying my girlfriend. This is kinda what's stopping me from proposing.

Would she support your self exploration?
Have been some time, it was a good experience.
Recently the company have internal management problems, I had experienced betrayal, even the man I loved, and I thought he was "perfect good man" just only concerning his own benefit.
Only my wife stand beside me and helped me. I had done some reflection, although it was a tough journey back then, time really does heal. I felt stupid not thinking rational, because I did some decisions based on my feeling.
The promise my wife made when we married, she did kept her promise. I almost broke the promise.
