Help me figure out a label pls - stressful questioning

To start with I can’t figure out my gender identity

i am afab but I don’t really feel feminine but I also don’t what to be a man and the non binary label doesn’t sit with me well

i like to use all pronouns, like they them he him but she her is just like it doesn’t feel wrong because I’m used to it but I feel better when people use they or he yeah that’s one of my struggles

than to my sexuality

i don’t know if I really like someone or if I just want this experience

like I don’t care if it’s a man or a woman but I wouldn’t say that I’m pan sexual.

The thing is I love physical touch and it feels good yk but I can’t really feel this romantic connection when I’m with someone it’s like I need to feel it and not that I want to. But I’m ok with physical love but not the romantic one

it could be because of my childhood but idk anymore

help.
