How to deal with homophobic parents?

As you can tell by the title my parents are extremely homophobic and did not like when I came out to then and told me multiple times that it would go away and that it would change once I met the right guy, well two years later and I’m still the same way. My parents hate it and really try to push a “straight” outlook on everything for me but when I’m in public my mom will purposely find anything with a rainbow on it and scream for everyone to hear “look (deadname) it’s got a rainbow on it! You should get it cuz your gay ya know” and it upsetting because she laughs about it and then drags me along like she didn’t just do that.my dad barely talks to me since I came out and calls me once or twice a month now maybe. He moved away and swears he still loves me when he calls but constantly criticizes my weight and won’t look me in my eyes if I say anything LGBTQ related. It’s sad because I just want to have a normal relationship with my parents and it makes me regret ever coming out to them. I honestly wish I never told them so I could just have the normal relationship I used to have with my parents again.
