It can be difficult to come out even if we know we will be accepted, while acceptance of others and ourselves is an important piece of coming out. This information is something that once we share it with others is no longer entirely within our control over who shares it.

Further if you find you experience anxiety socially calling attention to yourself to reveal this detail may be understandably uncomfortable, not because of what you wish to say but because of the attention itself.

So it sounds like you want them to know but you don't want to make a big thing of telling them? Are there ways you could express it more subtly? Perhaps some of the means of subtle signaling often used within the community - like wearing something rainbow? Could you write a letter or something to each? I definitely can't tell you what to do or what will be right for you, so keep in mind these are just ideas to encourage exploring different ways you could use to communicate and come out that might be more comfortable.

Hope that you find a path forward that works for you!
