I'm a lesbian and Im from the middle east, if my parents know that Im into girls I won't be safe , how can I live with that until I'll be able to escape from here

Hello, I'm sorry you are in this difficult situation, and ultimately you will have to find what works for you in coping with it.
It can be hard to feel so unsafe even with your own family, and upsetting to feel like you have to hide some of who you are just to maintain what safety you have. I know some people find spaces like this, or others online where they can have a space to be fully themselves as part of coping with not being able to be out to their friends or family. When I wasn't out, I found working on understanding and accepting myself even if I wasn't ready for others to know was also helpful.
But as I say, reality is you will have to find the coping tools and outlets that work best for you, can you think of any things you feel would help? What might those be? What would those things take?
