Hi Mindfulness Community!

Today, I just wanted to express my gratitude to each and every single one of you for all of your amazing and insightful contributions to 7 Cups and for everything that you do from providing thoughtful posts, sending thoughtful messages and also helping so many people along the way. You are all amazing and are so truly appreciated. Thank you for your beautiful comments that are so kind and caring. This is what 7 Cups is all about and thank you for making this happen.

This is just a fun check-in but I thought we could write something kind about the person above us in the thread. It can be anything kind that you wish to post.

Kindness goes a long way and for that person it can mean everything to receive a kind and thoughtful message (which all of you know because youre all amazingly kind!). Kindness actually improves not only the recepient's wellbeing but yours too so it forms a positive ripple effect of kindness and that can only be a good thing!
