Is mindfulness really worth it?
The question seems quite absurd in the community, but this question really holds some sort of weight on us. Working through different things to find a way to make things really "happen", is quite hard. Not knowing if what we are doing or putting so much effort into, is really worth it or not. It's okay you're not alone. At some point of our lives we question everything and anything. It's pretty normal.
The title of this thread isn't really that different, if we look it thoroughly. Mindfulness is really worth it, when you practice it with right mindset and guidance you deserve. Mindfulness takes some time to happen to you, but when that happens, it's just peaceful.
It will all be worth it in the end.

I guess, the question is, does it work for you?
We are all different and we respond to different things.
Mindfullness is not something that usually I can stay quiet for 😁💖
@Amanda84 Yeah, i would agree that we all have different ways to figure out things for us.
Mindfulness really did worked for me. I found ways to understand my emotions and how to actually give attention to them. The concept is a proven principal, I believe. Staying quiet is hard but you don't have to pressurize yourself to do so. Take it easy and let yourself explore ways, without any guilt of not making it perfect.
