I'm a 7 today. Which feels great because I was at a 1 or 2 a few days ago.
I'm at about a seven today. I've been working on my mindfulness and self-care since last time I posted.

Today is a 8! My day is planned out perfectly, I just have to stick to my plan now ❤️
4 cuz I'm remembering some things from my past that upset me. Things I wish I could have changed at the time so that there wasn't Soo many years of greif and hardship for me and the rest of my Entire family since then ....... There's no blame to place on Anyone because I know that it was meant to happen for a reason. I don't know that reason even Now 22 years later but all of us believe there were reasons...
After talking it out with my listener and my husband today, 10. ❤️
