Buddy Team 5 @imaginativeFan7885 AND @skyyo
Hi and welcome to the both of you. This is your area to encourage each other on mindfulness things as well as daily things.
@imaginativeFan7885
Hello! How are you? Not sure how to start. Well, I'm Michelle, and it's already past midnight here. Was having a pretty good day. Not overloaded with stress, as I had a day off work today, but will be working tomorrow. Did some journaling, and cleaning a tiny bit, earlier. That calmed me down, getting ready for bed.
How easy is it for you to find mindfulness tools? Do you use specific guides you like to meditate with? I'm sure there's some threads here that discuss some videos to watch. Should we start there? Everytime I intend to meditate, I can't seem to find the comfortable posture, as my legs get numb, and back hurt. But I'll try again, sitting in a chair.
I'd like it if we just write out our thoughts before we meditate here. And then reply, how you felt afterwards.

On the last page of the threads here on Mindfulness Community, you'll find resources.
Page of guided meditations; all under 7 minutes. Also 2 hour calming music:

Hey there Skyyo and Fan- how are things here for the both of you? Is there anything I can do weekly to kinda contribute to the both of you connecting/communicating more here? Please do let me know if I can. I hope things are well with the both of you
@imaginativeFan7885 AND @skyyo
Hi you both
Just stopping in to say hi

@RumpleSteeleSkin
Yeah, I've accepted its not working out. I'll need to take a break from everything, and just ease into mindfulness naturally.
