Mindfulness Affirmation to Heal Emotional Wounds
Peace and light my beloved Cupsters ✨️ This is my first post on this side! 😅 A few hours ago, I attended a Daily Affirmation Pop Up Session hosted by @GoldenRuleJG, and one of the discussion questions were to reflect on the impact of positive affirmations.
I shared that whether out loud or internal dialogue, speech and affirmations are the way we communicate to ourselves. As JG said, it can make or break us.
The affirmation I stated for myself was "I am safe and focused" to ease anxiety, combat anxious thoughts and to remain Mindful and focused on the present. I reflected on the session, and in meditation an affirmation came to mind that I'd love to share with you all:
🌹 I am free from past heartaches and I feel forward 🌹
And so it is. This affirmation in particular aims to heal the long lasting effects of past heartaches, memories and/or disappointments.
What are some positive Mindful affirmations can you think of that can help one heal their way through emotional wounds that keep them from moving forward?
Thanks you @GoldenRuleJG for an amazing discussion on Daily Affirmations! I guess my affirmation shared today counts as 1 out of 7 done ✔️
