HI 7cups CommunityMindfulness Team knows how important feeling appreciated is to you.So we are taking the time and gathering all those shout-outs you make and putting them out to that special person of yours.

You may be having a bad day or heard some bad news, you log onto 7cups say a "hi everyone " Then that one person or two- says something to you in a room or in pm-land that really just made you feel better. You smiled or even had a good giggle.

How about those wonderful listeners taking some extra time in your 1-1 chats, and really is connecting with you and validating you, helping you feel you are important person. Or holding your hand through some very scary memories you share.
