Near my home there's a big lake, surrounded by trees and with water birds swimming in it. Walking there and looking over the water, observing the birds, makes me feel calm and at peace, makes me stop worrying for a moment if I was before

what calms me is closing my eyes and hearing a whisper in my ear, someone close to me, bodily warmth. picturing someone next to me in bed, holding me, is calming.
