Making A Mindfulness Space Capsule

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is as well as can be

So I thought on this Sunday we would build a Space capsule. Yes a Space Capsule here on 7cups. Don't worry they let me knock over some walls so we have enough space

What is a Space Capsule any ways? Well it's the same as a time capsule but we are better then that- and gonna send it to space. It is important things people thought that many could benefit from and use in the future.

We have shared and learned so much about mindfulness that we can share it now. What do you think is important to share on this?
