HI Josh welcome to the Mindfulness Community. I do hope you are doing well. Is there any questions or ideas you might have for this community? Is there anything you like to learn or see in our forums to help you?
I love being able to just sit and stare at the flames and let them take me to a different place. It let's me just be able to relax and temporarily forget the world around me and the stress I may be going through at that time.
