Beating Myself
The title is not what it looks like, I am not inflicting self harm on myself, instead I have decided to go on a challenge, I realised it after sometime but I miss my father, I miss his advice, I miss his comedy (he's alive, just very busy) but what I don't miss is that he never was the man I wanted him to be, and that's easy for me to say because deep down more than I care to admit, I'm just like him and I see him making more improvements even after working 12 hours a day, so I'm going on a little challenge guys, I'm going to become a man on my own terms, I'm gonna leave the child behind.
this is the challenge -
1. Study 12-14 hours a day(I'm going to attatch proof using study timers)
2. Morning Jog (20 minutes- its close to a mile and half) slow I know, but eventually I'm going to get faster (I'm going to attatch strava records if i can)
3. Reduce weight - I'm currently around 77 kgs, gained 8-9 kgs this year due to eating disorders lol, but I have that under control, I'm 6'1 so its not immediately visible but I do feel effects of it like lethargy and stuff, the goal is to reach 72 at the end of this year (slow and steady!)
4. hit 10 pushups consecutively at the end of this year, I'm at 0 for now
any body can join me if they want to (you can adjust the challenge conditions according to yourself!) , but most of this is purely for keeping myself accountable, I know this is going to be hard but well men are made in the hottest of forges :)
I'm gonna post results everyday, good days, bad days everything.
Hope for the future
batman signing out, (we start tommorow!)
