Have you ever had a moment when you realized that, in someone else's story, you might have been the person who caused pain or disappointment? What did you learn from that experience, and did it change how you view yourself or your relationships?

Interesting question. Yes there are definitely times I've acted out of anger and frustration and I haven't been proud of what I did or said.

In a way I can justify it because I was pushed to my limits and continually just needled to where I snapped and in another sense, I feel like before I got to that point, I should have tried to harder to express how I felt.

So I am continually working on myself and trying to feel more comfortable sharing and opening up. I accept responsibility for myself.

I want to be better but also I know now that I am done with being taken for granted and insulted and ignored, if I see those traits or warning signs, I will remove myself and move on.

Trust and to really be myself and show myself to others, will always be a slow thing, so many people seem genuine at the beginning and then dismiss you or are thoughtless and I don't appreciate that.
