High Attrition !
Has anyone noticed high attrition rate ?
I have noticed that most of the conversations die abruptly and lately, the other person, never comes back !
Is this a general observation? ease of availability of a new human being - does that play significant role here ?
A member, when in trouble tends to send a request, however, they often seem to disappear just within a couple of messages , hardly 10 -15 exchanges ..
What can be done to improve adherence or provide better results ?

Yes,
I don't know the actual solution but I have noticed alot of ghosting on both sides, both member and listener. Some people want continued support, whereas others want a one off chat, or just to check in occasionally.
Sometimes members want to chat and then when it comes to it, change their mind.
Other times, the fit is not just there and some conversations just don't flow.
That's the beauty of having a range of listeners that have something different to offer 💜🥰
