Moving out

This is the first time in leaving home for more than a week and it's suddenly dawning on me well I pack up all my things that I'll never be the same again, I'll never even sleep in the same bed again, and it keeps making me spiral and all I need is the motivation to keep moving forward every step of the way. So if anyone has any kind words of encouragement or maybe harsh advice would also be helpful, just something to remind me that even though it's hard now I can do hard things.
