No-Sugar Challenge!

Starting January 1st (tomorrow!), I will be doing a no-sugar challenge. This means like extra sugar… Cookies, pastries, ice cream.

@jesusredeemedme2425 Can't say I'm surprised...most people cannot stick to such a sudden change. It requires discipline...a basic value of modern society is convenience, which dietary control is anything but.

@jesusredeemedme2425 that's okay, no sugar is extra hard. Genuinely, if you are looking for inner stuff management (sugar, cholesterol, etc), increasing movement is much more effective than restrictive diet. Pop a pilates, a boxing class or any type of active movement (Walking doesn't count if your values are really off a lot, you need more active moves) in your week, and your body will do a big part of the inner regulation through movement so your diet change won't need to be drastic beyond momentary choices of deciding to eat a banana instead of a chocolate bar today.
