Porn Addiction and recovery Log.
Hi, I'm Steven, I didn't know where to start, I just wanted to write something like a journal or log to keep track of my porn addiction. I'm thinking logging everyday progress, what triggers me to watch porn, what I'm doing to avoid it and what I'm feeling on that particular day. Why I'm starting today? I had a relapse today, after 10 or 11 days.

It's good you are trying.
A relapse doesn't take away the process you've already made.
Be proud of that and start again!
One day at a time 💜💕

The progress!
Thank you, I didn't think it would be this hard to let go, that's true for any addiction I guess. But, I'll try this time a bit harder, one day at a time.

I have no doubt you are trying your best. I get the biggest problems are when you find yourself alone, I would suggest watching a film, or doing an intense workout, anything at all that distracts you!
@pioneeringIdea7571 A busy day, seems to work to keep me away, maybe it's because I'm surrounded by people, but when I'm alone in my room, being busy doesn't do the trick. I need something else, I'm thinking using a software on my PC, the kind that you can't turn off easily or uninstall it, what if there was a software, that requires some kind of password or some other method.
