Hello all you fine Life Warriors.

I was wondering...

What was the most effective tool or thing that helped you find recovery?

I am looking forward to your responses 👧👨good-juju.gif

Support from family, knowing there was people around me who always had my back 🩷🤗

My faith.

My remaining humble!

Mindfulness of breath helped me stay calm when I was hyperventilating with blood clots covering 97% of my lungs and pulmonary artery, helped calm the racing thoughts. Not sure that's quite what you meant 🤪🤪

It's amazing what helped you.

If it is that effective maybe I need to relook at breathing techniques. 🤔

I'd go so far as saying it literally saved my life until a medic arrived with portable oxygen.

Lol twice Jul 2015 & Nov 2017. At the time I had been a racing cyclist and coach for 32 years, my lung capacity and aerobic conditioning is probably what saved me and combined with my experience and mindset helped me recover.
