Just a little thought nugget. We all have our insecurities and yet our self-concept is what makes us authentically ourselves. The more you speak kindly and knowing what your interests, values and beliefs are - the more it can act as a white energwtic field to shield off unsolicited comments from people. There are billions of people on this earth, your opinion about yourself trumps what everyone else thinks of you.
