et's stop and think about what positive things happened to us this week. It could be anything from drinking your morning coffee to getting a new job.
I'll start - my most positive experience this week was finally reaching out to my college classmate who I hadn't spoken to in 4 years.

One positive experience I've had this week was being able to sit in the garden with a warm cup of tea. It was really an enjoyable experience.

My big win was starting a abstract painting this week.
