Kept my journaling going

I've kept a consistent journal for the whole of 2020 so far! 29/30 days straight, which is absolutely unheard of with myself (I'd "maybe" get 10 days in, sporadically, in a month)

@Erinlilly

Congratulations! I hope you keep going.

I done the same thing. This is my first month journaling too and I've already been more productive and forgiving. I hope you had some good side effects too ^-^

How to remind yourself to keep time for journalling? Any tips?

@ishika201

You have to stop thinking about it as a must do chore to be scheduled and just be ready to do it whenever you feel like it. There may be a day when you feel like writing alot or days when you don't feel like doing it or simply nothing to write... have writing material on you and when you feel the urge to write, even if at a demanding job just go to the toilet and write your thoughts there for a few brief moments if they don't allow you brakes. You must write when thought, emotions or urges occur, not on specific scheduled times...

Good luck🤗😊
