Im 17, and it has been a year since i've been admitted to any treatment programs. I am currently 8 months clean from self harm and plan to keep on going.

I'm currently 2 weeks clean from self-harm. It's a struggle everyday, but I'm proud.
Each day be proud. Dont forget your a special person and believe it when I say you were put on this earth to make a difference. Each day I find one thing to do to make me happy. Once you start this once a day happiness it gets smiles from yourself. Good luck.
