Your September goals sounds awesome! Exam time can be stressful and I think it's great you are planning to be prepared and get ahead. I also love that you want to spread positivity. <3 Good luck and let us know how you go!
@Ele1987
Thanks for motivation. I forgot the most important goal - to forgive myself the mistakes. And it's also the hardest thing to do from all of these above. :)
@resourcefulDime3859
I know exactly what you mean self forgiveness can be the hardest but good on you for giving it a go and I'm sure you will do great!!
I'm going to get back on the Fitgirl program, go to the gym at least 8 times this month. Stay within budget . Work every day on grounding techniques.
@Measuredbreath
Hey there! Sounds like some great goals you have for this month. It is really important too that you have made your goals measureable, I think that is going to help you in achieving them. Thanks for sharing and I wish you success!
Monthly Goal: 4.0 Average at School
Week One: Set up and maintain a study schedule
Week Two: Utilize my planner more often
Week Three: Stop Procrastination
Week Four: Utilize extra time so that I am less stressed
Thanks for posting this!
@Melody293 such a good idea to break it down week by week. Seems more manageable than the entire month.
1. Improve my fitness levels throughout the month
2. Improve my nutrition, and limit caffeine. Drink more water.
3. Successfully complete my job training
week 1: meal plan for family
week 2: wake up hour earlier each day
week 3: start walking once a day
week 4: combine all 3 habits to continue into October
@lavenderOwl these are such great , concise goals. I now have a new one: be more concise. :)
Internship: continue presenting a positive, curious attitude. Learn from mistakes. Be kind and open to my co-workers. Seek out mentor and learning opportunities without fear. Forgive myself for mistakes.
School/thesis: finish strong. Make an A in my last class. Stick to my thesis deadlines. Forgive myself when I don't adhere perfectly to them. Forgive myself when I struggle with group discussion in class. Be kind to all even when stressed, especially myself. More concrete: submit first draft (literature review + introduction + methods + tables) to thesis chair by September 26
Marriage: Love and support my husband on his job hunt. Help with my share of chores. Accept his love and offer to help me seek a new therapist. No BPD outbursts on him. Do. Not. Take. Stress. Out. On. Him.
Health: seek out new therapist focused on BPD. Make a treatment plan. Go to piano lessons. Try and practice yoga as much as possible. Remember to read for fun. Plan a camping trip.
Above all: forgive myself if I fall short of these goals. Do not let small failures derail my progress. Keep. Moving. Forward. And be gentle on myself.

Week 1: I want to complete writing my novel.
Week 2: Stop myself from overthinking all my actions.
Week 3: Believe in myself and write my physics without the constant feeling of worthlessness.
Week 4: Learn to accept how I cannot change something that happened.
I don't currently have any September goals, but this thread has motivated me to make some. I've been living one day at a time, so it's difficult for me to think in terms of an entire month.
@MissWendyLeann
I'm glad to hear this thread has inspired you to make some goals, maybe you can start small with some measurable goals week to week? Achieving each goal even if it's small is something to be celebrated, we are all behind you :)
@Ele1987
