Small changes make me proud.

I'm proud of myself for exercising at least 10 minutes a day. It seems so silly not to, when I know that it is better than any head med. Work, family....life interferes and before too long I'm in bed by 9pm, wondering why I feel miserable.

Do you know something, it doesn't matter how big or small changes are, the simple fact that you are introducing positive change is rather a big one!

So, yeah, well done for that! You should feel absolutely proud for making steps!

Take care! @Theal8r

I need to learn that it is all or nothing.

Just because I ate a slice of cake does not mean the day is ruined and I may as well eat the entire cake.

Good job accomplishing that! Just a few minutes getting the blood flowing really does help make you feel better in a lot of ways.
