My source of happiness is my dog, my husband, sometimes drawing, sometimes reading, sometimes writing, sometimes live streaming games on twitch. When I get super unmotivated, it's just my husband and my dog.
Peace of mind is my source of happiness
My daughter is a source of happiness, no question however when she's gone it's difficult.
@Fristo
Right now my sources of happiness are going to the beach, 7 Cups, music, reading, Audible and AppleTV+. Usually working is a source of happiness for me but lately it hasn't been. Lately work has been worry, trouble and stress but I hope it gets better with the new job I am starting. The people at my new job seem to have positive attitudes. In the past church was a souce of happiness but it got really dark and gloomy but I recently found a church broadcast that motivated me. My family relationships are in shambles however recently I had a conversation with my Mom that made me feel she is there for me.
My source of happiness is my spouse. I was going through a tough time mentally when he came into my life last Christmas. I was so happy that everyone even at work saw the changes in me. Now he is showing interest in a long time girlfriend and I have no control over how much attention he shows to her, even if he and I are in the middle of an important discussion, he immediately takes her call. I have been on 7 cups tonight for about two hours or more trying to emotionally sort out myself. This is the first I have had to be online so long to resolve my emotional response to my situation. My emotional response causes tightness in my chest and a feeling of such sadness, almost like a loved one has literally passed away. I still am interested in my career and seeing to the welfare of my children but I am operating on auto-pilot because if I were to follow how sad I feel I would just remain in one position and cry. The woman is one whom he has texted to say that he misses her. She also visits his work place regularly to the extent that although I had been for many years doing business at he place where he works I have chosen a different place to do business, in order to avoid the embarrassment.
@Fristo my dog
Rightly said, motivated.... thanks
Doing what I can to help people.
@Fristo I love the message :)
My source of happiness comes from a sense of belonging. Sometimes, life gets hard and I go a long time without seeing my close friends, but when I do I feel happy knowing I have a circle of people who care about me and I care about them. It took me a long time to find these people, and to feel comfortable around them, but with enough time, patience and trust I have found my source of happiness :)
