I can't finish my projects

A few years ago, I ran a somewhat successful youtube channel and made videos on a sandbox game. At some point, I decided to pivot and made content for other games and they did way worse than my previous videos. Now my channel is barely viewed and every video I make I end up second guessing. I feel so terrible because I feel like I ruined my channel and I can't bring myself to just make stuff knowing that I was so close to making it a viable income stream... Do any of you have advice or had gone through something similar where you feel like you can't make anything anymore because of your failures?
