OCD anger

Does anyone else feel with anger when it comes to being triggered, whenever something messes up my ritual or acts in a way that makes me anxious I just feel angry at the person or the situation. The anger then makes me spiral, like for instance, a friend will make a joke abt being kidnapped(one of my fears) and I’ll feel angry at them for saying that, and then I’ll convince myself they absolutely hate me so then I’m always angry with them, and in the end I become distant because I have so much anger towards the person, but then when it passes I feel nothing about the situation and it wasn’t really ever that deep.

Keeping a journal for a week will help you identify your triggers and that will enable you to then put suitable coping mechanisms in place in your daily life to avoid the anger 💙
