OCD taking over your brain
I just want to know if this happens to anyone else and that I am not alone
The people in my life thinks OCD is about cleaning and about being all neat and tidy but they don't see the sleepless nights tossing and turning because my brain can't stop overthinking... It's creating horrible scenarios and it makes me feel the things I would feel if those scenarios came true. My brain don't know the difference between fake and real
What if someone I love die?
What if I die?
What if I forget to lock the door and a intruders comes in?
My parents are getting older what if today was the last time I spoke to them?
Whats the meaning of life?
My OCD involves a lot of thoughts about death and losing people I love
It plays in a constant loop over and over to the point that I get frustrated with myself
I don't clean just because of OCD, I clean because it's the only time my brain goed quiet
