Medication
Hey everyone! Its my first time posting so be kind :-)
Im basically just wondering is anyone on meds long term for OCD? Im currently on Abilify for my symptoms and although its amazing and a lot better than Olanzapine which I was on before, I was wondering if its sustainable to take long term?
Im basically afraid that regardless of all my schema and therapy work, once I stop taking it my OCD will start up again. The biggest problem I have is my false memories. Sometimes I feel like Im losing it. The memories are so real and Im afraid to have to deal with them for the rest of my life :-(
Anyway, I dont really know what Im trying to say, but hey everyone! 
@Peanut13 hi there, ive only started taking meds a couple days ago (asertral) its a form of sertraline basically like zoloft, and i havent noticed much changes apart from the fact that my appetite is reduced, but i know someone who experience false memories too and she went to her shrink and had her meds changed, maybe you should talk about it with ur doctor
