New to OCD thread/looking for friends/support

Hi! I’m new to this group. I struggle with Scrupulosity and I am Christian. I’ve been having intense intrusive bad thoughts and It has gotten to the point where just moving my fingers could trigger my bad thoughts. One of my SSRIs had it’s dosage increased and my therapist is working on finding someone who uses ERP. Does anyone struggle with Scrupulosity here? I’ve been wanting to connect with someone who has similar struggles.
