Organization problem

Hi! So something has been bothering me for a while however I have trouble explaining it so I'll try my best. Basically I have the need to organize things BUT I never seem to do it right and end up really frustrated ? For instance I want my books to be organized but I don't know how, I try with genres, languages, authors etc... but I'm never content with it! I feel like it's never right. Same with my music, I constantly make playlsts so the songs can be categorized but it never seems to be how I want it to be coordinated, I'm never happy with the result and it always end in me being frustrated and uncomfortable.

Don't really know if other people are feeling the same ? If so how do you deal with it ? Hope it makes sense and it's not too stupid...
