3.4 tantrums
My son is 3.4 years old. Even when he is fed, or not sleepy, he starts tantrums. Without any reason? How do i handle this? I m a working mom. I m all stressed abt job and baby

Firstly, you are doing a great job.
As a mother and a working one too.
Never doubt that.
It can feel like we are not at times, because we are exhausted and overwhelmed.

Tantrums can be difficult to navigate .
It's important to be patient.
I know, that's easier said than done.
You find little tricks along the way to ease them out of a tantrum.
Some things work better for others.
Redirecting their attention and energy can work
Minimising their discomfort.
Not focusing on the tantrum but when it's over, firmly but kindly establishing some boundaries,even at a young age, children learn how to cope by our reactions 🩷
