Pregnant moms
Hi everyone, I’m a heavily pregnant single mom who is expecting her 2nd baby. I have a fifteen year old daughter who isn’t interested in the baby and doesn’t like to spend time with me. Is this normal? And can anyone relate?
@sincereJackfruit6593 Hi Jackfruit! Congratulations on your 2nd baby! I'm sorry to hear that your 15-year-old daughter isn't showing as much interest as you'd like her to. I think it's important to remember that she is still a teenager and there are a lot of years between her and the new baby 😊 Teens will be teens and I know if I was expecting a new sibling at 15, I probably wouldn't be too interested either. I don't think she means it maliciously, but I think she's just a teenager. I remember being 7 and my mom was having a new baby and even then, I wasn't happy about it 😂 Try not to dwell on it too much because she will come around ❤️ Good luck with everything!
