Are reusable cloth diapers practical for everyday use?

I’ve been looking into reusable cloth diapers and came across SuperBottoms while researching. I’m curious to hear from parents who’ve actually used reusable diapers day to day. How did you find the washing, drying and changing routine? Did you use them full-time or just during the day?

My mother used them and she found it time consuming and it created more uncesssary work for her.
She found diapers cheap and quick, and convenient.
