im failing the battle too. like i really wish my parents could understand me. i wish they dont force me into things that i dont like. i wish they listened to me, asked me what im passionate about and let me be.
i might sound dramatic when i say this, but it's a prison house here.
just like you said, im trying to, you know, seize the day and live life to the fullest. i mean, after all, no one really knows what's going on and we only get to live this life once or whatever. i mean who knows what would happen next, right?

I respect my parents n love them more than anyone... cus, so grateful for them to present my life n raised me as a good child, to all the need I had... thye did provide me everything. but although this... I'm not going to agree with their actions towards their child.
children's are their responsibility... no matter how well u grown up. they should stay supportive instead forcing us :( unfortunately... all the parents are unaware what they're doing to their kid. it's the wildest part. they think that their just helping us but they donno... how terrible we feel.
My mother is way abusive towards me... all reason aside, there's a specific reason that my maternal family hate girl child in their family branch :( which my mom carried this thought within her. she's had kinda hatred in me... i can't remember when did she talk to me normally. U can see the circumstance i love now... my every bit of actions irritate her, yk like when i was home... i kinda stay aware of something tht i dunno what im aware of. which i understood it after a long time... that I'm aware of my actions. i can't stay grounded when I'm home... the consecutive fear never let me to. the thoughts wrap up, i fear what terrible things gonna happen next to me? what she going to do to me ?? did i do something bad?? did i made her angry?? but till this day, she never know what she doing to me... but my parents say, they're teaching me how to live, how future is gonna hit me 😅 i mean is that make any sense xD. but Ppl's encourage my parents that how they raised their kid disciplined but ik it not a disciple but the fear :(
I wish i can just have some causal/light convo's with my parents:( i crave when my brother easily do that... i tried but their simple stare at me tell everything to me...!!
So, i don't find u dramatic at all n you're not... ik the pain. even we make it simple sometimes just not be judged or feel dramatic to others. ik the intensity of it.
After we just don't want our future to be better but just the love we always crave from them... unfortunately they dunno how much impact it can create when they present what we really look for :) ❤️ i see u, buddy
