i took a lil trip into "memory" land, cause our trauma holder sorta ditched us and went dormant soo the memory walls got weaker, basicallyy i remembered things that i didnt wanna remember and got haunted by flashbacks and nightmares daily🤟 (not fun at all)

for me since we in the states, we are staying with my grandma now its not so bad but its just taking a toll on me all the pretending and the fact that im literally always with her like im someone who needs to be alone like I need time to myself yk and i g the fact that ive been sick with a cough and im getting only a couple hrs of sleep cause ill just wake up in the middle of the night and just start coughing its acc so annoying so im exausted mentally and physically and im counting down till we go back but its not even that bad im staying awake and im managing i g ill survive don't got a choice lol

@SyriusSystem I lived in the states moved a year and a half to costa rica and now come back to the states at least yearly sorry that confused alot of ppl lol. Im not taking care of them, I just help her with chores play constant card games (we a games family) which I hate and run errangs with her. And I do like being with her she's cool but im not a ppl person like Im usually alone I prefer to be thats just who I am and so thats just stressful constantly watching everything I do/say around her and making sure that im acting perfect yk no mistakes I gotta be funny and stuff. Honestly ive come to love bedtime its the only time I can be alone lol
We don't get meds my moms like anti pills doctors etc shes all natural is the way to go lol
