Yaay! Well to start off with a bit of an introduction I'm Mittens, I love all sorta sci fi stuff and things technical. In terms of hobbies I enjoy going out camping or hiking, and am trying my hand in art and game design but it isnt very good atm
Ive always wanted to go camping but never have. ALSO I love art!!!
Anyways my intro, I’m Bella! I love reading, if you know booktok I’ve read most of those types (NOT THE DARKER THEMES, I can’t handle those..) I play games here and there and I’m actually trying to study architecture when I graduate. :D

Book tok is.. a group on tik tok who give recommendations on books! Some are.. worse than others but some are good! Hmm I don’t know what you’re into, but sc fi? So I’d say Shatter me by Tahereh Mafi? It’s a series, but it’s pretty good! Or if you want like just a goofy romance, Funny story by Emily Henry is good!!

I'll be sure to check them out when I can! It's hard to say what I like because I couldn't really say what I dislike, my personal favorites are like sci-fi, dystopian, and fantasy but I am also open to other generes.
Also sorry if I kinda disappeared for a bit I just got home then fell asleep for a long nap, I am not exactly feeling the best so I may be here and there 3:

I am not, I go to public school but they use laptops for like every class so I could still be around during the school day or at least a large part of it. I will be getting an extended weekend this week though, Im off today due to being sick, and Monday is a day off for us
Oh I see! I’m allowed phones here and there that’s why I can talk during school hours. Lucky that you have Monday off, we don’t have another day off till summer :( so I’m getting through the days slowly…

It was! Sorry for not responding, got a wee bit tired. So yeah! Freshman lost vs sophomores but still had fun it was just loud and all. Let me know how the results go!

So I picked up two books one is "Exo" by Fonda Lee and another is "HIVE, escape velocity" by Mark Walden, although I might not touch hive as I think the book I have is the third in the series and I never like jumping without reading the first ones or so.
I hope to get to Exo at least, it caught my eye with the words on the front "Earth isn't ours" and got my mind thinking about like human v alien resistance and stuff. On the back it seems the humans may be the bad guys for once or at least the resistance group so Im lookng forward to seeing how all of that turns out. Of course I don't know how much focus I can put into it as I realized despite all thats been going on the due date of a 22 page report is coming up that I nearly forgot about 😭😭😭
Jezz, 22?! That’s so real though. I just finished two quizzes, two short essays and two papers of goal setting(why, I don’t know.). I looked the books up and Exo looks good, and it even has a review from a person I’ve read from so definitely good!! If you like things like those books then I highly recommend renegades by Marissa Meyer! It seems up your alley since it’s about like a crumbled society of robots taking over and a group of really talented kids try to take back with their like ‘symbol of justice’ to everyone else and the main character, Nova, who hates the group has to team up with them because she’s on a mission for vengeance!! 😸 Hey but good luck on those reports😭🙏 I wish you the best because I got no clue if I can help..(I hate school.)

Sadly Im in all these really advanced classes so Im getting college credits and an internationally accepted diploma, it is very rough but also interesting at times. Like the paper I am writing is on the future viability of natural gas, and how big oil companies sell natural gas as clean because it doesn't produce all the smoke and stuff when burned but we are so bad at keeping it contained that the leaks in the atmosphere makes it worse.
I can't say if I like it or really hate it tbh but there's just soooo much work TwT and Im only getting more
Besides all the work and stuff though, should I make coffee or noodles?

I totally forgot to answer, you know how you see something and you are busy so you say you’ll answer it later but then totally forget.. yeah that was me. ANYWAYSS very draining but I have over like 50 absence and there’s only about 2 months left of school so.. there’s that atleast.

I get that and its how I am sometimes, also thats a lof of absences but I might be the same or similar because it feels like Ive hardly been here lol
I just don’t like school😭 it’s tiring so I just don’t go. But I get picked on sooo much by my teachers cause of it like pleaseee… I probably have more I just cant count it bc I don’t have a counter for it

It’s okay I had a biology test and a geometry test too.. so if it makes you feel any better i definitely didn’t good. Falling asleep during it is so realll^~^

It’s wasn’t too bad, nothing to complain about. I had another geometry test(I had one yesterday too) because it’s a new quarter and all. I played uno in my history class, wrote an essay about war outcomes, I started a new book that I’m considering dnfing.. anddd came home to watch YouTube and bedrott till I sleep! TvT

Well I was trying to find new gay books but they were either too much or too less and boring. So I decided “oh I know this author, let me read this one because her last one was good!!” It.. just icky, you know? I don’t wanna give too much because I don’t know whag you’re comfortable with and stuff. You should!! Some are adorable. If you want a clean and healthy relationship, that’s a little fantasy, try Cant spell treason without tea, should a cute book!! It’s WW, not MM but.. I can recommend a MM if you want. I don’t think it would be weird or anything, it’s character growth😸 and for the closet.. I understand that part.

I understand that! I cant relate to the not coming out, as for some reason my family already knew.. before me. So there’s that, I’m lucky enough to have that. But a MM romance I recommend is probably the nightmare before kissmas!! It does have one or two ‘smut’ scenes so.. sorry for that but you know it’s not till later later in the book.. ITS STILL REALLY GOOD!! Like it’s about Santa’s son, Nicholas, or coal, who is getting an arranged marriage to the Easter princess butttt something’s go wrong and they have to figure out who has been stealing Christmas magic n stuff. Which is how mr. Prince of Halloween, Hex comes in. ;3

Not really! I’ve been just going through the days, I went to the beach for a birthday party last weekend. Uhh I went to the doctors yesterday, andd yeah that’s about it. So… same life!

I didn't really think it was for me at first but after going with friends I really got into it even if exhausting, I was given gear for close quarters so I was very upfront and paving a way for my team.
I love the teamwork of things and how friendly people are even when we're going against one another
