...See more Hello and sorry to those I may have worried after I disappeared for a awhile 3: I just withdrew from everything after things got to a terrible point although slowly I have begun to recover and get back into social things all together, most recently I had a cook out with my friends which was fun and I have been told I am very good with grills!  Then as of tonight I am starting to clean up my room and get it back into working order since it used to be my own little workshop to mess with electronics or just work on all sort of projects.  I'll update you all on my progress, otherwise take care, and have a nice night!  - From Mittens, 1/2/2026

...See more Ive felt weird since the news, a mix of relive but a lingering fear, it sticks in my mind and leaves me anxious and even afraid at times yet I cannot escape it as I could work. It is an issue with myself and my body. I cannot escape being sick and unwell, and I dont seem to be getting better. At least Im a bit better during the day although now late at night when my mind isnt occupied instead of a relief or thoughts of something else far away its distanced by the fear and pain I feel.  Its like I can get close to normalcy but it will always be out of reach, and I cannot just go back to what I was once the damage is done and Im left with the scars of the past. On a better note I only had to worry about half of the school day, and slept for most of it after getting some cool new boots/shoes  Hopefully tomorrow is better, Im gonna sleep  Take care, stay warm, and have a nice time - Mittens 4/1/2025

...See more Hii guys! Sorry if I forgot yesterdays entry I kinda didnt have much to say and was in a weird mindset. Basically I got the news from the doctors and they said there wasn't anything that looked like it needed surgery but if I got worse and the meds didnt work I would go in for surgery. I feel relieved that there isn't anything in the scans to raise any alarms off the bat and it does give me some comfort but I worry that because of that I may be skimming over something that is still there, I know so far the meds didn't help much and I still don't feel as good but the mental relief has helped me a lot. Another thing that has brought my spirits up was interacting with friends both here and connecting with an old friend group which I haven't talked with in over a year, it really helped me although the night isn't over yet. Even if Ive been piled on with medical and mental the world doesn't stop rolling and neither does my work 3: So I'll be up working on a report but at least with some peace of mind, I almost feel as if I used to. Before I would be up and kinda enjoyed working this late because Id either finish what I had to or just drop it and have a moment of not caring about anything and feelings great off of so much nicotine and coffee as unhealthy as it may be.  Anyway, I'll be here and around and thank you to all of those who are showing their support it makes me so happy :3 Stay warm, take care, and have a nice time - Mittens 3/31/2025

...See more Hii y'all! Mittens here and I had a rather good day today, even if I did stay home I did have a relaxing time and got to play my game and make a lot of progress in it. Whilst doing so I also made a new friend who I am grateful for! :3 Today wasn't really eventful to be honest as I was sitting around not up to much, I hope I can continue to enjoy this and I cant wait till my results on monday which would finally let me start on proper help! ...See more Today was nicer than most others, I got to stay home and did get to see a doctor which set my mind at ease even if I do have to wait for monday for the results it is certainly better than doing this without knowing when or how I will receive help. After the doctors visit I stayed home and remained in my room as I used to before all of this, it is actually my first time being alone for an extended period of time and I haven't had any overwhelming anxiety. I was well enough to even read a bit and play my games which felt nice, and reminded me of the comfort I used to get back when things were normal. I say normal but apart of my worry is that I'll never be the same, that I wont be able to snap back to whats "normal" after a simple surgery. Instead I will forever be changed and scarred, looking back into how things once were, I know with time I will eventually adjust but will I do so fully? It's uncertainty that I never really liked but at least things are looking a bit better through this rollercoaster of ups and downs. At least Im ending today off peacefully with a nice read and in my fluffy jacket. Take care, stay warm, and have a nice time - Mittens 3/28/2025

...See more Hiii Mittens here, the day felt weird. I was good in a way at least for the first part and did have some fun with my friends during PT, I always love PT days because no matter what working out makes me feel great and the aching in the day after is a nice pain. Although the other half of the day was horrible, I was in pain and throwing up 3: I at least started today off with a break from school and news I will finally be seeing a doctor. ...See more The day was both stressful and tiring, my anxiety was messing with the day and I really just wanted to get things over with. Yet I still found some hope in the day and a bit of goodness, I got my package in the mail as a late birthday gift and even cleaned up my jacket.  It helped me pull through to do those things and also be offered help, I'm so tired of this and even frustrated. I used to be such a strong figure, I seemed to be able to carry any weight upon my shoulders as long as I straightened my back and put on a mean face. I was well both as a leader but also on my own, I could fight and pull myself up through *** but that is when it comes to stress and fighting depression.  Now Anxiety has me gone from being alone and strong to feeling like I'm clinging to people to stay comfortable, vulnerable and weak I didn't have a fear or worry even in the face of a crowd or powerful people, I've faced the wilderness and taken on the world alone for what felt like my entire life with only my gear.  Not having to worry about that mask here allows me to open up and be comfortable sharing my issues, I may struggle reaching out for help but I am at least doing it but with how new it is all to me to connect with people or even have worries and fear that really shook me to the core.  Even if it's tiring and new I've made it this far with an undying hope, it is a flame that has died down and left me cold but it has never truly gone. It is a flame in all of you, no matter how dim or cold it is the warmth will be back someday. Other than all of that I started my day a bit anxious but better than most others, with that though I have to go to live out the rest of this one.  Take care, stay warm, and have a nice time. - Mittens 03/26/2025
