Yes thank you for making it. I really appreciate your support. Well i think i'm aware why i have trouble with self harm. Although it's a complicated situation that has no blame.
😊 Good, this worked, did you receive both notifications or just the second?... Complicated... I can understand from my own experiences. I have managed break the back of it, so we should be able to make this simpler... This is your space so your pace, and of course please say if anything is triggering, too upsetting, you are not ready etc... Hopefully you could already see the things I suggested (ideas of what is possible)? Click on my picture, it takes you to my profile etc, in communities you can search threads (titles... D7 here of course refers to you).
Thankfully i managed to control my triggers and get used to them. But it's a bit of a struggle, especially when i see my cousin. I posted the story on a thread named "Was it COCSA?" In case you'd like to read it.

I should say my trauma is from a trapped bullying situation for years at school, so not SA as far as I know, but I do have some odd memories, and unfortunately known far too many females who have... Also your I need advice thread was in 35+ forum, my profile says I'm older than I want to admit, you don't seem that young, but later I noticed your profile says teen? Either way, it shouldn't be an issue... Maybe you are in the USA, which has better availability for the things we can talk about than in the UK.

@Dobby777 Hello Dobby, I haven't forgotten you... I've been respecting that you probably don't want to talk, that's ok. However, it's been a while and I hope you are ok, plus it would be useful for me to understand any reasons, you can be completely honest!... I am still here if you like or need... I have updated my profile (click on my picture to see, I've even set up a Listener Account, if you prefer - I will need to give you details) and also quite a lot of updates to my thread... Who knew? ... and someone else's thread called... Somatics ... (Look at them in that order 1 Profile 2 Who knew 3 Somatics). Hopefully you might find something that is interesting/helpful there... If I don't hear from you, but hopefully you read this, I wish you all the success for your life and future... And take good care of yourself...
It's been a while! Sorry if i haven't responded. I've been doing better and i haven't relapsed for a whole month now! Summer is doing it's magic on me...And geniuinly thank you for your support. People like you motivate me to get healthier!

😊 That's so good to hear and thank you!... You know where to find me if needs be, but we are both hopeful it won't be needed!?... For the winter months, I'm thinking of getting a Verilux Happy Light, maybe keep that in mind for yourself... Also Google Grounding Techniques, but also please ask if you want more advice on them, I find them very helpful! 😊😊😊
