I’m watching a million things at once, but currently mostly watching The Mole and Geek Girl. Was surprised that Geek Girl wasn’t as lame as it sounded XD You??

Ooh, what's that about? I just started some kind of thriller/horror called When Devils Sing. I just finished a couple of others. One was a broader story inspired by an Edgar Allen Poe story, it's called What Moves the Dead? And I also finished Star Bringer, which was an amazing sci-fi/adventure book. The way it was written was sooo good. Actually, the others are almost that good too.
I'm still watching Abbott Elementary and Superstore. I did finish the last season of Squid Game while I was sick though. It was so good until the end. What are the ones you were watching about?

The Mole: Adventure competition. One person was hired as the mole, to secretly sabotage. They have to figure out who it is, and last til the end til they get their money.
Geek Girl: Nerdy (possibly autistic?) girl gets discovered by modeling agency accidentally. Lol

Ooh, what'd you eat? I had dolmas and gyros yesterday. The gyros were excellent, but I could never get tired of those dolmas. 😋
I think it was a pesto wrap and some cinnamon roll <3

Dolmas are grape leaves. They have rice inside and stuff. I don't know what all is in there, but they're super tasty.

Same. I do fine on my diet until I get unreasonably HUNGRY. Sick of my body.
I almost never feel hungry. That’s how bad my ED is.
Man. Yours is psychologically overwhelming, and mine is physically. Neither of us can get a break. I'm really trying to eat more fruit, veggies, eggs, yogurt, fish... I just can't have all of those all the time realistically

On the topic, where do you usually find new music from?
My main sources now are Spotify, Reddit, and the occasional other recommendation. I used to check out bands that open for my favorite bands, and that's a really good way too.
Usually friends, the different “apps” on the K-Love station (look it up!), or random songs on Spotify.

I know, I don't respond to enough posts. 😅 I'll think if I have anything legitimate to add. It's tough because I didn't grow up with a lot of foods that weren't Americanized, and I can't add pics. They really need to fix that. I wanna be able to attach pics on my android because I really don't dust the 'ol laptop off too often.

Lol, I'm adding stuff when the whim comes right now. I'll google to see if there's any I want to try, ask about them if they're not mentioned.
The only African ones I really know are Ethiopian and Nigerian. I have friends from Ghana, but the only food I've heard them describe is very much like the Ethiopian. Is Egyptian food an independent thing maybe? Also, dunno what South Africa brings to the table. There's a lot of nations in Africa, so potentially there could be a lot of variations in cuisine

I was thinking South African, but there’s a lot of white people there, so I’m hoping to get more foods that better represent Africa. If that makes sense? I’ll add it eventually though <3

I woke up 8-10 times last night… Binged so I now have a stomachache (haven’t even eaten yet)… Woke up worrying about needing to eat healthier and knowing I can’t afford to.

Sometimes if you get certain things in different stores you can eat better for cheap. I know how the binging is. I went aboard the snack train hardcore the other day. I was so hungry...
And last night, I should've known better, but I was at a Mexican restaurant that had specials involving my favorite tequila (Cazadores - I went to a liquor store once, and the guy there started throwing out recommendations... He said he hadn't tried that one, but that it was the one that Mexican customers tend to get, so I knew it was going to be the best one), so I indulged a little more than I should've, given that I didn't get to sleep in.
In other words, you have a hangover. Lol
Not a hangover. No nausea, no headache... Just woke up several times in the night, so I'm really tired.

Hangovers aren't fun. I learned how not to have them... Main thing is to not get drunk off a lot of kinds of liquors. I had a really bad one once, where the nausea and headache basically felt like a migraine, and I had to pee so bad, but I couldn't even stand to move, let alone get up, and there was a super annoying 8 second music loop from some DVD main menu playing.
Never liked the taste, never wanted to be one of those people. Have a lot of alcohol and substances in my extended family…
Nope. Even MORE never drinking alcohol. Hehe
Definitely all very good reasons not to. Life is usually a lot easier without overall too.
