Aging up is really stressful and scary! especailly because you dont know what its like and its hard leaving friends. I aged up a few years ago, feel free to ask any questions you have, it also might be helpful to get transitions mentor if the program is still up and running. you can ask for one here
you dont have to go through it alone friend, here with you
