@Tashtee3 So, i saw in your profile that you are from Kenya. Thats so far away! Im from Argentina. I´m from a small town so things here can get a bit frustrating, but overall im okay. How is life over there?

You're right, it is pretty far; that's why my dreams of travelling seem unattainable when I think of them, but... anyway, life here has been a mix lately, calm but busy, but it's okay overall.
I also come from a small town but stay in the city now. What's something you enjoy about your town?
@Tashtee3 Dont give up on your dreams of travelling! You dont have to go too far to discover a lot of new things... To answer your question, i like the scenery and climate of my hometown, it has mountains pretty close and visible and the winter its very comfortable, never too cold. I also like that compared to other parts of the country, its overall safe. However its almost *** in summer, and unfortunately the current goverment isn´t doing a great job keeping everything clean. But anyways, i imagine living in a big city must have been a change for you, did you move with your family? Are you studying or working? One of my friends also moved to a bigger city to study, we have a university here (im a student there) but some careers aren´t available

I am a student in uni, and no, it's just me because I am only here for my studies, but hopefully I can fully relocate here after I finish my studies.
Your town sounds awesome, by the way; it sounds like someone's dream getaway spot. But honestly, I do get the frustration because I also come from a place where there are mountains and hills, everywhere is green, fresh air is always, everyone has a farm...so yeah, I totally get it. That's actually why I chose to study in the city instead. I saw your profile, btw, and you were talking about a dissertation. Are you a law student?
@Tashtee3 Yeah, i know what you mean. Its also like, in small towns you are constrained to all the people that already know a past version of you, a bigger city means a new start and also anonymity. I do hope to travel and maybe live by my own once i graduate and save up some money. And no, i am not a law student, i actually am finishing an art teaching degree, but my university still requires a kind of small thesis to graduate, and thats what i was referring to, i assume dissertation would be the best word to describe it? Thankfully i am so close to finally finishing it!! What are you studying?

That's so true; exposure is so key, and that's what I am hoping to do now that I kind of have free will 😁.
I am a law student, and in the fourth year, we are required to write a dissertation, so i thought you were, but art teaching sounds awesome and fun; it must be a really interesting course

@VCCjusttalk 😄😄 I guess we have that in common; not many people where I come from take on such a course; it's always either a teaching course, ICT, or something on agriculture.
@Tashtee3 Thats interesting... I for one dont mind it much because im an introvert, and enjoy being by myself much of the time. Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Also, how are you doing at the moment? Currently im feeling some hand pain, so i feel like i cant really do much or practice, so just trying to find other things to do without my hand 🥲

Hi Ailura 😊, I did watch Stranger Things, seasons 1 & 2, and only because I was doing it with friends; otherwise, I can't watch a horror movie alone, because I may not even sleep that night.
PS: i love my sleep more than anything
I am not into anime; I may casually watch it from time to time because my little brother is obsessed with it. Oh and KDrama is not just about romance, actually; nowadays, most of the good ones are horror or thrillers with mostly a revenge trope. That's actually why most kdrama girlees are moving to CDrama because the romance trope never changes there.
